The Open-Door Mentor Program

A REAADY COMMUNITY INITIATIVE

Connecting qualified educational instructors with Middle and High School students (grades 6 through 12) who are participating in online classes at home due to COVID-19.

Following CDC guidelines, mentors offer one-on-one guidance to supplement students’ online sessions, assisting them with comprehending their classwork and navigating their online courses in the safety of their own homes.

How to be a Mentor

We are looking for qualified instructors with all required state clearances for this program.

Interested Parents & Students

Who Should Apply: Parents of Middle and High School aged students (6th through 12th grades) needing mentors between 3 and 5 days/week to assist in their online coursework.

Parents or Guardians, please complete the following application and waiver.

Cost of Program: $22.00/hour ($11.00/hour for each additional student).
